HITLIN

HITLIN is an abbreviation of high temperature layered insulation and is referred to a general product used for fireproof, non-flammability and sound insulation, and it is formed into pipe shape by using F-GLASS Fiber Needle Mat and Inorganic Binder. It has high heat-resistance, and as various piping thermal insulation materials in high temperature and high heat piping systems and in general buildings, it has raised performance by making it thinner and lighter compared to other products.

Features of E-Glass (HITLIN)

Use E-GLASS MEEDLE MAT, harmless to human body, as a raw material.

Fulfil other shock-proof performance such as fire resistance, non-flammability and earthquake-proof due to the features of the raw material, long glass fibre.

Securing sound absorption and sound insulation performance by air layer.

Minimization of rain inflow due to the improved water-repellent performance.

CO2 reduction due to high efficiency during the heat insulation construction.

It is possible to adjust density and produce various specification products according to production method.

Reduced thickness of heat insulation materials and easy to secure space by low thermal conductivity.

Shorten construction period by enabling simultaneous progress with other work.
